Your summary after last year's AGM was excellent so I am more than happy to provide my input, especially given that I, like Tony, will be unable to attend.

1. What progress is being made re Novatti "partnership" .... and when can we expect to see revenue flows from this partnership? How big do we see the REALISTIC potential in India? and outside of India?

2. What has inspired the decision to pursue cyber security company acquisitions? If they proceed, will the focus be on India or Asia? Will this change depending on the TSI acquisition?

3. If TSI is sold as part of a trade sale, what value do they expect to obtain? And how would any funds generated be used? (ie how much distributed to shareholders and how much reinvested)?

4. Gary bought shares recently - when will Jeff do the same?

5. Given the number of shares owned by Paul B and his recent resignation for the Board, will he remain a long term shareholder?

6. Has any consideration been given to employing a professional PR person (or company) to provide some marketing for the company to prospective shareholders?
