Strong AGM Questions to ask?, page-5

Unfortunately I won't be attending the AGM, but would be very grateful if anyone that is attending would be kind enough to ask a few questions please?

1. One of the company's recent announcements highlighted the powerful cross selling opportunities that TSN see for products in to India and TSI's products and services into TSN's existing Australian bank relationships. My question is... is all of this dependent on TSN acquiring TSI India right now? Could TSI India's products and services be introduced to TSN's Australian bank and institution clients with the potential to move into Asia over time even without TSN acquiring TSI India right now?

2. Could TSN's new business strategy present a potential opportunity for CXP to become a substantial shareholder in TSN, given the potential opportunities the company may be considering re my question above?

3. Have TSI India approached venture capital arms of TSI India's major Tier-1 banking, corporate clients or SREI?

4. Is this something that TSN could also be open to discussing with venture capital arms of TSN's blue chip clients, given TSN's new business strategy and the areas they're looking to pursue?

5. If TSN decide not to pursue the TSI India acquisition, would an IPO listing for TSI India be on the cards? Is this something TSI India are potentially considering?
