The UN have a lot to answer for here-another stuff-up by them-at least the Ugandans were preventing this sort of bloodshed-hopefully an international force will very soon be employed in this area as the Kinshasa govt doesn't seem capable of even deciding who will be in charge of the various armed forces & police in the transitional govt. Having said that Dikulushi is 800-1000km from all this trouble & out of harms way but these things do make it more difficult to organise finance for Stage11 and you would think would impact on the premium they will have to pay for that finance.
