EIG now have alot of money invested in this company at the 31.5c level, once they get a representative on the board and structure of the 400 mil funding is announced, you would think that any type of deal will be attractive to shareholders, as only if the SP goes UP do they make anything on their $55 million purchase of Senex shares.
