UBS put though a buy order for 2 million shares on 30 May at...

UBS put though a buy order for 2 million shares on 30 May at $1.093. This seems very weird to me as if they are acting for Casa, I would have thought the risk is the vote doesn't go through by number as opposed to percentage. So a higher holding is somewhat irrelevant and increases risk if scheme is rejected and share price tanks

Also one of the entities is BrisSpot Nominees, I did a google and they got the below result..... could there be a potential bidder?? Unlikely but would be welcomed!
