sp will linger around 65c until annoucement regarding decision made by SA govt and FIRB.
I just hate to see my taxes go to the pockets of bureaucrats who sit on their fat asses in cozy offices and wring their brains to think out more regulations, precedures etc to make our lives more troublesome.
