Depends on the type of drilling and what results you're after.
Coal intercepts, formation tops, gas detector ppm readings etc, all should be known by the time the well is completed.
DSTs/permeabilities take a few days depending on how busy the engineers are.
Full gas content desorb data, isotherms and saturations take several months, but you can get a pretty good indication of gas contents after a few days.
All in all a company could, if it wanted, get an announcement out in a week that included everything except the Q1/Q2/Q3 desorb data, but including an initial estimate of gas volume released.
