Would be interested to know how many HC's consider ISN a strong buy at this level?

I expect that within months many will kick themselves for not buying more at these levels.

Why?

There are many, to name a few like plenty of news flow to come, cornerstone investor still supporting the company and plenty of good heads in the board room and management team who positioned the company. The SP momentum is changing and the stock is still deep in oversold territory etc...

The only negative is the change of CEO, or more precise the way it played out. However, the CEO is generally only as good as the people around them, the fact that none of these have left is very encouraging.

If the board get the CEO appointment right, with FDA approved imminent, the market may be surprised at how quickly this stock will move............upwards!!
