plus 3rd party toll treatment contracts
plus the new plant is already cash generating from day 1
plus the plant comes with gold circuit plus copper oxide circuit with some capacity sitting idle
plus the 9000ha of consessions surrounding the plant area
it would have to be a pretty amazing stuffup to see the current plan fail
eg if they go crazy with future acquisitions by paying unrealistic prices. Acquisitions so far all look to be very cheap with company making potential
price has been held back by a few million $ worth of convertible notes holders flicking for ST profits, looks to have been cleaned up now.
recent ann mentioned potentially raising more through this channel. but after the lesson from last time, Id be very disappointed if Ashley raises again through private investors.
recent chat indicates he wants to lock in any future debt raise with institutional investors, out of US? cant remember now
