The current director of CEZ (aka Fantomas) is minority shareholder-unfriendly and he understands the position as political and not managerial or financial. He's also likely close to the current CZ president and he may have some covert interests like partnership with Russia in nuclear. His position was renewed until 2024 so nothing will change unless new government (election in autumn) somehow manages to remove him. He doesn't give a rats ass about any manganese, perhaps things will move forward with lithium (EMH) but it will be despite the CEZ top management, not thanks to them.
