Somebody trying to hold up the share price to stop it sinking lower. I'd doubt whether the buy will stay as its a dumb wayto buy shares if you actually want to buy. I person with $1 million to spend usually has more brains.
EMN is definitely getting close to a buy level, but its better to slowly average down as it drops.
The cheaper you buy the more you make in the long run, pay too much and you stand a risk of losing even more.
