Ok, three choices, two obvious one the first is you sell and buy later. The second you hold and ride the wave but from your comment you might not be at ease to do so. The third is to look at it from another angle, instead of looking at it from where you are, step back and look at the 6 months chart....then you might no longer see a down trend....
All imo... no one can predict the future at 100%, even on the share market...just giving you another perspective...
