    If they operate in a tax free haven (eg Cayman Isl) do they still have to pay tax?

    >Shorters provide liquidity, hedging ability, portfolio income, allow for options markets, and help prevent bubbles.

    That can often be true but not sure it is the case when Market Manipulators publish a dodgy report to help them say cover shorts?
