Do you pay US CGT on shares held there?

As I said in an earlier post, the problem is not shorters per se, but those that short and distort (and their bigger twin, the pump and dumper).

Given the ability to manipulate large amounts of retail money through online means, this will only become more relevant as the national security risks become more evident. I would bet certain large countries are well on their way to working out how they can best cause financial havoc by controlling the army of dumb money.
