the people who write these reports are not experts in the field...

the people who write these reports are not experts in the field that they are writing about, this is only my opinion?? they write what they are told, how come they are not writing about all of the jobs they have won and completed,on time and on or under budget, in a world of aging infrastructure?? expertise. is a word used much too often, which can dilute the real meaning of the word. sp relects it as it it is. I will follow daily. cheers
