I think there is an explanation, and it's that the offer for BMN has pegged a (minimum) value to these exploration stocks. The similarities between BMN and ACB are too hard to ignore and the market (and a few research houses) has woken up to the abyss between the ACB share price and the inferred valuation provided by Hanlong.
