I believe the huge 10 cent buying is by BNYMelons and Deuthsche Bank, the market makers for PBMD on the Nasdaq.
Looks like there are many buy orders, and going by the AUD 10 cents buy prices, Nasdaq sales should be close to USD 3 which would be 20% rise on yesterday.
