REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OF OPTIONS EXPIRING 30 JUNE 2009
We refer to Thundelarra’s placement announced on 15 May 2006 in respect to the issue of 15,000,000
fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 19 cents together with
15,000,000 free attaching options, each option having an exercise price of 19 cents each and an expiry
date of 30 June 2009, to raise $2.85 million.
In accordance with Listing Rule 2.5 condition 6 in relation to the 15,000,000 options that have been
allotted and issued we enclose the following documentation:
(a) a distribution schedule of the options selling out the number of holders in the categories; and
(b) the names of the 20 largest option holders of the options and the percentage of the options
held by those options holders.
Could you please arrange for the quotation of the options at your earliest convenience.
