This could also be attractive for other small cap projects that just don?t have the funds available to them. AVD can easily be approached for a JV partnership, just because they have the funding available.
This means less risk and less cash burn. No need to get a lease, explore, no hit and miss.
Just get on the back of someone who has spent the time and money, invest the cash and rip the rewards.
Not saying that I know much about the directors and that there is any guarantee in them not making any mistakes, but with no liability they are in a good position to find the company making deals and should it be negotiated correctly get on board.
It may sound like a lot of pie in the sky story here but i could say the same about many other small cap players that are now multiple folds from the time i was trading them. Look at SIH (old ORP) i had tons sub .03 now in the .20s
also a very tightly healed hands.
