    Its spot on TDA, They want to accumulate what they can from the cappers and down. Once the lines are reaonably filled they just buy the lot and start again. Now who these "they" are is anybodys guess as we dont get regular top 20 updates. Notice I am screaming for top 20 updates LOL

    Of course I may be delusional - so be it. Got out at .48 and .47 so so far no losses based on my delusional theories
