    I agree Dingus but these guys are IMO building up a large holding/ or somethng. THis si why as I had stated some time ago IDL should be issuing regular top 20 updates so one can be better informed as to whats actually going on. I really think its a buy at these levels but a definite buy at 0.45 and below
