Not sure I understand the question... the U discussion into MNM was that if Japan turned to coal power there is a direct benefit to MNM's clean coal. It's a bonus and a good out of a bad situation. The world all over will benefit from clean coal power, safer than nuclear - especially in countries where there are despot dictators or ring of fire geographical significants.
