CleanSpace has an incredibly strong connection with the global giant Resmed. CleanSpace was founded by biomechanical engineers from sleep-technology manufacturer ResMed 11 years ago.
ResMed was established in 1989 in Australia. It then relocated to San Diego in 1990.
ResMed employs more than 7,500 employees worldwide. The company operates in more than 140 countries worldwide and has manufacturing facilities in Australia, Singapore, France, and the United States. Revenue was US$3.0 billion in fiscal year 2020.
ResMed is a medical equipment company. It primarily provides cloud-connectable medical devices for the treatment of sleep apnea (such as CPAP devices and masks), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory conditions. ResMed has produced over 150,000 ventilators and bilevel devices to help treat the respiratory symptoms of patients with COVID-19.
CleanSpace is also a medical device company, making Powered Air Purifying Respirator masks for the healthcare industry. CleanSpace masks are also blue-tooth enabled to provide cloud-connectable medical devices.
Both Resmed and CleanSpace work in the field of manufacturing medical masks for respiratory conditions and both companies are working heavily in the Covid-19 space.
By maintaining close relations with ResMed, CleanSpace has been able to access the much-bigger company's global network of suppliers to obtain complex components. (notice the synergies)
The strong connection between CleanSpace and Resmed is well documented, so it would be a significant partnership if Resmed swallowed up CleanSpace with a nice take-over offer.
What would that take-over offer look like? Would it be an all cash-offer, or a cash offer and issuing of shares in Resmed to CleanSpace holders.
Either way the synergies between the 2 companies CleanSpace and ResMed are undeniable.
Bring on the Take-Over Offer, come on ResMed swallow CSX up whole!
