Seems to be a ramper with an axe to grind like some others here with no holdings but a lot of interest in the stock. Good cash flow, money in the bank and easy access to a further 50m credit I can't personally see a cap raise coming unless it is needed for a big acquisition. And the raise price suggested at .45-.55?
