The Nymex uranium futures contract is non deliverable as far as I understand. If you were to purchase an oil, wheat, copper, pork bellies etc futures contract you would have the right to either accept delivery or provide delivery at a pre determined date and price depending on which side of the contact you take. Not so with the uranium contract cause of its radioactive properties. Could fall into the hands of some muhadjadin.
