My thinking is that "XX" will need to be 70c+ per equivalent share, for the U assets alone, for there to be any serious interest in them being sold. If a bid was for the company another 15c per share would probably need to be added.
Even at those figures I would not be a willing seller.
All surmise and conjecture on my part and others may have reasoned suggestions to put forward.
Champ - no coding in my post and uses the letters to denote current unkowns. Once, or if, a bid is received you can substitute the actual figures.
