Directors have been adding to their holdings albeit indirect .
The sale and the cash should be close to fruition. (could be reason for the rise in s/p?)
They said that they will utilise part of the proceeds from this sale to satisfy all outstanding creditors, following which the Company will be left in a relatively strong cash position.
