Customer acquisition is one thing - but there are more dynamics that come into play.
Is your business a subscription based service?
There'll be a bunch of cheapskates who run in and run out - but the exposure and reccomendation of people experiencing a strong, quality service is what needs to happen longer term.
Further to this, there is an element out there who will pay for the service - perhaps not using it enough to get value for money, but too lazy to bother quitting the service for the money it would save them a month.
$30 a month is a trivial cost to many people and paticularly if it is a 'household' service where the billpayer is unaware of the value of the service to other members the cost will be carried without question.
There are just so many upsides to this stock.
