this is big news and i expect this would be aimed at taunting those that have inspected the site to make a deal happen pre JORC upgrade. i think they may have missed their chance at getting into this project under $500 million.
would not be surprised if TS was in talks with potential buyers in next couple of weeks - i hope he can keep them at bay until after the upgrade.
