That is until they get their barge working not much is going to happen untill their barge is operational and are now waiting complaince papers which they say
"The barge compliance papers are awaited and we hope we shall get these early after Xmas"

When this happens you are looking a $1 shares so it looks like accumulating at these prices are (IMO) a good idea. I cannot see why the barges"compliance papers" will not happen
