This barge thing is the real worry! The vessel that is late is 700 tonne capacity. To keep up with production (there are more orders than product capacity) MSC needs an extra 3000 tonne capacity which they were looking at hiring in? Just suggests complications ahead to me in that they cannot do this

Each Kaolin shipment needs to be looking at 4000 tonnes. The work in securing one 700 tonne barge has caused 12 months delay and they need at least 4 more (700 tonne) barges or 3 more 1000 tonne etc?

This issue of inadequate barges and the way this supposed management are surprisingly ignoring it is the only alarm bell I can see
