that's as stated in their broker report The issue is if it's so easy to hire a barge why wasn't this done a year back?

I also see no problem with using a barge in this manner it is that there seems to be a drastic shortage of barges for this area!

In their brokers report page 6 they speak of
"Stage II Offshore warehouse (under evaluation)"
so it looks like this will be the headache to address

In full production this company claims to be able to make 3000 tonnes (250 crane lifts) a week to load a ship. They are piddling right now with a 700 tonne (60 crane lifts) barge

I still see these as worth accumulating at these prices just losing confidence in the Directors slowness in getting the initial barge operational
