strong finish to the year

Rapid escalation in price from its 12.5 lows (SPP price).

Contrast this with some of the other renewables who got government grants:
- GDY trading lower
- PTR only doing ok
- PAX trading just above SPP (taking into account the options)
- GER only doing ok despite a massive govt handout relative to its market cap
- HRL and GRK trading lower

I was too overweight in CWE to even subscribe to the SPP recent buyers are doing well. And there seems to be some real hunger.
