Flyshlin, I would be expecting in excess of $1.00 by the end of 2010 depending on how many project start-ups are announced. Could be as much as $2.00
If the share was price was hovering around .30c towards the backend of 2010. I would suggest that CETO 111 was having some major operational and technical issues.
