Ted's WPL sanctioned tiof announcement said at least 300-400mbbl. At the time several brokers said could be 650mbbl. Also WPL's head of African projects said "We knew (before Tiof) that there were 100 and 200 mbbl fields but Tiof has taken us to a different place". He was VERY enthusiastic and implied multiples of Chinguetti at Tiof, and billions of barrels overall in the central blocks.

Exploration coming up includes probably block 2 and Gabon, and perhaps something local. I would expect a HDR update on plans before too long.
