Most times the SP goes down, it is through a cross trade - funds selling to themselves.
They are banking on longer term holders thinking as follows:
"Even at $1.40 I've got (for me) a significant amount tied up in this and am truely beginning to wonder if it is worth it, considering other opportunities that are around."
