Tshirt.. thank bloody goodness for some common sense. I hope some of the conspiracy theorists/stressheads on HC read your post daily. Each of your 7 points are pretty much of increasing importance. Ultimately i'm hanging on the reserves announcement as that should (no guarantees) provide a re-rate in share-price and a basis for share valuations.
I think everyone should also take into consideration that we are very close to piping and processing infrastructure. This is massive in terms of project economics. We just need to prove up commercial flow rates and reserves and we are not far from being a producer
