    are we talking just general value of the "killer offer" that Yogi is banging on about?

    Current value I think is close to $4 - IMO, but DYOR - Analysts have current values ranging between 3.15 and 3.85 from memory.

    If a "killer offer" then taking the average takeover premium of around 35% then I say on todays closing price you are looking at $4.20.
