you're right.... I won't see it happen yet this doesn't imply it won't ever happen.
but I don't think you quite get the Green demographic. they certainly aren't all reds. many moderate, some moderate right. crikey even the federal Liberal party has a Liberals for Climate faction. and some also prefer different models of the economy and some differ wrt how the Party is managed.
as Howard said, its a broad church, including "agnostics" and sceptics.
really the ones who shout the loudest, such as Christensen and Kelly, get noticed and so the Party is tainted with that extreme. Its the same with the Greens. neither means the whole Party is the same as the extremes.
