strong interest in qpn stocks/shares

I note really good buying of QPN stocks today and over the last 2 weeks.

I see a buy for 5 mill today for one plus strong volumne in total.

With increase opportunities from the GOVERNMENT requiring OIL AND GAS

Tax and incentives - HELLO?
