Unlike several posters around here, I don’t believe AR is some kind of arch villain and deliberately disingenuous. My take on what you describe as “excitement” (and much of his general demeanour in media) is the kind of clumsiness that some people exhibit when they’ve signed an important NDA and can’t control their default verbal or non-verbal language.
