1.) Dedicated geo flown to site.
2.) Additional land purchased. Providing access for commercial operation.
3.) Board members overhauled. Skillsets include the firepower/gravitas for actual dealmaking and or development.
4.) Head and option prices holding steady (and potentially range bound).
