I've formed the view that its main accomplishment (for a present day speculator) has been to trash sentiment to such a low level as to make the current price attractive. This is relative to (i.) the project economics of Jupiter, even without mets, (ii.) the works being performed on the tenaments and communications till date, and (iii.) the change in the BOD with a professional Chair.
