Sorry, Mr.Q:

Again I just don’t buy the:

A) incompetence.

B) Missed time and dead lines.

C) Passed drills results that we have not received or heard of as of yet.

D) And the constant failure and faults of others other than themselves (blame games).

They have a lot to answer for. The BOD’s record is far from being satisfactory, level own being good.

They could now prove and take control by:

1. Cleaning up their share registry by buying up all unmarketable under $200 and changing the constitution that a shareholder should hold a minimum of $500 worth shares.
2. Get proper funding from “Government Funding” or some type of “Pre-Payments” under an offtake Arrangement.
3. Hold “Contractors” or “Partner Ships” accountable for drilling our tenements.
4. Do deals that benefit our company and not give away our resources for next to nothing.

I am not here to knock the BOD or AR for the sake of knocking them. These should be genuine concerns for the BOD and Shareholders a like moving the company and our investments (Value) forward.

I will be the first to give credit where and when it’s due. For the time being the BOD are far from it.

It is high time AR and the BOD prove themselves and add value to shareholders investments.
