For me it was a mission critical part, could only come from Germany, and cost us 6 months+ to get here. A good PM would have known about that..So unsure if he didn't have the right people or got the right people in too late. Also not realising they needed more screening for organics than planned. Covid times so things always took longer. Whatever reason, that part cost us $8-$10m cash at bank.
