Well if we are speaking anecdotally, I also pass several large Goodman business parks between northern sydney to western sydney. What ive seen, with my precise and factual anecdote is that the For Lease signs have been for small spaces, eg, lease 150sqm. I saw one just today on Warringah rd, and that was only one on a Goodman frontage that is more than 1km of road length...
There is a construction on Victoria Rd opposite the dexus lot which is empty and advertising huge For Lease signs, funnily enough they are advertising that because they havent constructed a building yet. Also on the M4 there are huge For Lease signs....again, on empty land...not actually huge empty warehouses etc
Anecdotally I have seen very few fully constructed Goodman buildings and business parks which are empty, only large undeveloped land and small business size offices.
