    Another theory.

    The suitor is Sanofi and they are renegotiating the terms on their contacts as part of entering into a strategic partnership.

    Hence no payment coming from Sanofi hence UNS missing their revenue target hence seeking a waiver hence Orbimed loaning another 10MM.

    Just a theory.

    Begs another question -- why did Orbimed's own due diligence projections fail within a year?
