Well another perspective is that a price may have already been agreed upon. It was an interesting comment made by Rathbone to the press where he stated "Nufarm staff would be pleased to work for the Chinese" don't quote me on the wording.
Maybe the deal is done and now both parties are working in the best interests of the aquisition. Maybe Nufarms recent interest in the seeds business is a pre-condition of Sinochem.
