It gives the market the impression that it cant find anything to do with the money imo.I understand the notion of handing back some of the raised cap has been touted but realistically you would be inclined to think it wont happen. For our longtermers it would be a great bonus, but im talking about our traders and for us, locking in some bucks and moving to the next trade is a sound oblective. Stick to your plan guys and good luck :)
