exberliner1, It doesn't quite calculate that way, I've worked a bit in the O & G sector. It vary's a lot on a number of factors. The natural pressure and amount of gas down there are a clue. It wouldn't surprise me to see a multiple of the current estimated production if the choke were to be cracked open to a 21/64. They must have an understanding of the amount of pressure hence why they have it so tightly choked as to not harm the structure of the well or equipment. Once they achieve a stable flow they will be able to open the choke to find its optimal flow. But as i said there would be a lot of numbers that go behind this process, everything from equipment, decline rates, well structure, gas to oil percentages, natural pressure etc etc. Impossible for us to work out with out being on site. Only time will tell.
